Apoteker Penanggung Jawab Produksi (Base : Solo)
•Doing management Quality Assurance System & Food Safety
•Communicate to QA Manager about related job QA functions at production, quality control, and quality assurance
•Ensure the implementation of manufacturing process & system validation services
•Handling audit (internal & external) with BPOM, LPPOM MUI, and others
•Coordinate with QC, Production, R&D, and others related function
Qualifications :
•Candidate must possess at least Pharmacist / Apothecary
•Understanding knowledge about Quality Assurance system in FMCG Manufacture, GMP, Food Safety, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, SJH HALAL is benefit
•Understanding CAPA (corrective action, preventive action) to improve all findings, and track defects resolution & progress
•Familiar with inspection process & procedure as well as test & measuring equipment used during quality inspection
•Good communication skill, good understanding in testing methodologies, very strong in working independently as well as in a team
•Willing to be placed in Solo – Central Java
